Emmanuel “Taxco” Arriaga is a Toluca FC (Liga MX) academy product who cut his teeth in the professional ranks with Potros UAEM in Mexico. The central midfielder helped lead UAEM to the Liga Ascenso promotion playoffs in 2017; following success promoting from the third division into Liga Ascenso (2nd division) in 2016.
