WHO ARE NORTHSHORE UNITED?
Northshore United join the amateur soccer ranks in 2017 and have steadily grown into one of the more exciting clubs coming out of Louisiana. Their most successful season came in 2019 where they reached the GCPL Cup final, just falling short 1-0. The Covington club has featured a slew of New Orleans talent over the years, serving as the only club to offer a home for young New Orleans players where other local clubs failed to do so. Currently Northshore is fighting for their spot in the GCPL playoffs sitting 5th in the table.
NOTABLE PLAYER
Zachary Breaux is a Houma, LA native who currently leads Northshore with 8 goals. The midfielder was a integral part in their 2019 run the GCPL Cup and has continued to be one of their most dangerous players. Breaux attended Vandebilt High School, helping lead the Terriers to 2 state titles and competed for 4 years at Delta State University in Cleveland, MS.
